Communication and Customer Care
We will work with you to customize a communication strategy that reflects your culture and respects your demographics. We know different generations respond to different mediums. With that in mind we can prepare your open enrollment and general benefit communications accordingly, using mobile, video, email, as well as print media.
After the benefits are in place, our Customer Care Team works with your benefits team and employees directly to resolve a variety of issues regarding enrollment, claims, billing, benefits and more. We have direct access to dedicated representatives at our carriers, so we can deliver the answers to you and your employees quickly and reliably.
Given the complex regulations surrounding employee benefits, it is critical that health care compliance information available and easy to understand.
IBP will prepare a customized annual schedule for each client letting them know any and all notifications, tax forms, or testing to be done based on the benefits offered. Our personalized schedule will list documents and deadlines that you can refer to at any time.
Additionally, IBP will prepare your form 5500’s annual and have them signature ready for your one month prior to their filing deadline.
IBP offers all clients access to their Personal Wellness Profile (PWP) and Health Activity Tracker (HAT) software. This software is a great tool to get your organization started with a Wellness Program.

Our team carries with it years of experience in formulating renewal estimates at over 95% accuracy. We have personal relationship with many carriers and will utilize those relationships when presenting our actuarial findings vs theirs.
