Deborah has over 20 years of experience in account management and client service in the insurance industry. Deborah is very experienced at effective communication with clients and their employees. Deborah is passionate when it comes to being an employee advocate with insurance carriers and administrators. She listens to employees’ needs, researches and develops solutions.
Deborah assists clients’ HR departments with various processes in enrollment of benefits for new hires, employee benefit terminations, and employee resources contact.
Deborah’s experience and relationships with carriers provides clients and their employees assurance that if an error exists, it will be resolved and if there is a loophole for coverage, it will be found.
Deborah provides clients reminders annually regarding 1095C, Medicare Part D, and any other benefits related notifications as the landscape in this area changes. Deborah prepares signature ready Annual Form 5500’s that are delivered electronically and can be signed and submitted electronically as well.
Deborah brings with her a valuable creative mind that is perfect for health fair and wellness planning. Her ability to timeline, plan and coordinate efficiently is a skill clients can use as they develop wellness programs of their own.
Deborah and her husband have three children that range in age 6 to 14. As a family they enjoy hiking and family movie nights. Deborah has a talent for baking and enjoys baking treats for family and friends.
